JSA Members Attend Fall State 2023

At Junior State of America’s (JSA) Fall State at Middlesex College in early December, members of the Mount's JSA chapter was gifted the opportunity to engage constructively in serious topics — like the Israel-Hamas conflict — and satirical debates simultaneously.

 

"In such activities, we, as a chapter of all grade levels, bonded through the joint experience of attending a daylong conference together," shared Anne Tighe '24 (Co-President). "We observed a lot of critical, diverse issues through positive discussions, and learned the value of engaging in such conversations. Additionally, we were struck by how fulfilling it is to be involved in solution-oriented discussions with peers, and look forward to future conferences."
