The heart of Mount Saint Mary Academy remains the excellent faculty and non-teaching personnel who provide instruction and a safe, nurturing environment that sets the school apart. These skilled and caring individuals instruct, inspire, and encourage students on a daily basis. To our faculty and staff, working at the Mount is so much more than a job; it is a mission and a commitment to excellence in education. This is evident in the extra attention paid to student achievement and in the additional time each individual gives to the Academy.

The majority of Mount faculty members hold an advanced degree and each is an expert in his or her field. The passion Mount teachers feel for their respective subjects is conveyed to students each day. As a result, learning becomes not simply what happens in the classroom but rather a way of life.
